Hourly Rate
$125 per Hour

One-Time New Client Fee: $300. This includes a comprehensive assessment and intake session of up to two hours.

Care Management Support | $150 per Hour

Professional Advocacy & Coordination

For clients needing support beyond bedside care, we offer optional Care Management services to ensure your loved one’s care is cohesive, well-communicated, and compassionately overseen. This service is billed separately from hands-on nursing packages and is designed to support the full circle of care.

Care Management may include:

Medical Appointment Support

Accompanying clients to doctor visits, asking the right questions, advocating for their needs, and summarizing outcomes for families.

Care Coordination with Families

Serving as a liaison between loved ones, providers, and caregivers — helping everyone stay informed and aligned on the plan of care.

Monitoring & Oversight of Providers

Evaluating and checking in on other caregivers, nurses, or support staff to ensure quality, consistency, and safety.

Custom Advocacy Tasks

Any other supportive services that help clients and families navigate the complexities of care — including end-of-life planning discussions, emergency binder updates, or family meeting facilitation.

Rate: $110/hour
Billed in 15-minute increments | Invoiced separately from nursing packages
